    yello! I've just realised that you use a burnt sienna underpainting for your paintings in gouache sometimes ...so is it painted or did you print it after painting it digitally?

      For the Batman cover, the pencil drawing is printed out, but the underpainting is real gouache. Most of the pigment over that is watercolor, except where I needed opacity. I *have* done a couple digital underpaintings, but they were covered up by opaque paint by the end.
