ReplyDeleteIt depends on technique. I find them to be easier and faster than any other medium, but I've been using them for quite some time. It all comes down to practice.

DeleteWell, that's embarrassing: I completely forgot complementary colors existed. My art skills and knowledge have sadly withered in the years since high school and the end of my own art career.
DeleteIt's a pretty useful trick, especially when used subtly. That's one reason I usually color Daredevil's face with a colder color, otherwise everything would be a shade of red.
