Here's another peek into the Splashpage Art Book that debuted at the San Diego Comic Con. I began with a quick digital sketch in Photoshop (I usually color over a scanned drawing, but I was running out of time). Initially, we were going to make this into a painted cover, but then decided it would make a better black and white interior piece. I couldn't help myself once I had the finished inks— I had to color it.
This is really awesome! It's cool seeing some b&w art from you to switch it up too.
