The Marvel 75th anniversary Special #1 hits shelves today. (You can read more about it here.) I was tasked with painting a young Peter Parker, so what better way to do that than by dressing up like Harry Potter. Obviously, a lot of other reference went into this painting, but I'll have to share it all at a later date.
In related news, you'll be able to see a step-by-step breakdown of the entire painting in Modern Masters Volume 30: Paolo Rivera, due out in January from TwoMorrows Publishing. It will include an extensive interview and tons of process art — you know I love to share.
